How do we help others when we can’t always identify those who need it? Well this would be by our actions an how we behave, you might think this is silly but it is not. People are like spies, they are constantly observing one another because it is nature, and at times some people might even use certain people as a measuring stick for their own lives.
We need to be those measuring sticks, when people see us they must see that we have YaH in our lives and Yahushua in our hearts, this is always noticeable by our way we communicate and in the way we do things. Don’t be fake as this is one of the biggest reasons why “Christians” today are always ridiculed by none believers. The best way to start transforming your life is to start changing your ways at home because your family is least likely to judge you, and they can also support you in this process by supporting you. If they are none believers you might have a harder time but if you keep at it you would have a chance to transforming their lives to.
Mathew 5:15Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
As parents we have the opportunity to show our children the the right way of living according to YaH’s Law, this is a very important part of their foundation while growing up. This will also play a big role in their lives one day while they are dealing with worldly obstacles.
1 John 1:7But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.
No one today can even come close to the perfect life Yahushua lived but it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try. We all have a chance to be greater than we are, if there is no passion for it or commitment, it will always be out of reach. The first thing to do is to repent for all our sin no matter how big or small or how long ago, and live everyday with the Law imprinted in our hearts. We will get distracted by earthly problems and get tempted to sin, but if we fall we should not give up, but stand up and keep trying.
When we pray we should ask Yahuwah to give us the strength to overcome our obstacles and help us to get victory over sin. If we take the Ten Commandments and measure it against our daily life we will notice the laws that are most often broken and we should start working on those. By doing this we will not be so overwhelmed with all the things we have to change all at once.
As time goes by everyone around you will notice the changes, this may lead to more people following in your footsteps, but there will also be those who will do everything in their power to see you stumble and fall, don’t be concerned about them or allow them to bring you down to their level, you are better than them.
Psalm 57:6They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down: they have digged a pit before me, into the midst whereof they are fallen [themselves]. Selah.
