The pool of Siloam Jerusalem

In August 9, 2005 the Pool of Siloam was discovered when a sewage pipe burst and contractors had to dig. This is the very same pool where the blind man had to wash of his face after Yahushua smeared mud on his eyes. This pool was also used to cleanse before heading towards to Holy Temple. The pool was built during the reign of King Hezekiah 715-687 BC.

The Gihon Spring Jaerusalem

The Gihon Spring was discovered in 1997 when they wanted to build the Visitor Centre. This is the life line of the city, an endless supply of water, this very same spring is used to get water to the Pool of Siloam and was also used to wash away blood when animal sacrifices was done. The Gihon Spring is estimated to be more than 5000 years old.

Herodion – Herod the Great Jerusalem

This Palace fortress was build by king Herod about 23 B.C and this was during the Roman Empire, Herod’s tomb was also discovered here, this huge fortress is located 12km south of Jerusalem and 5km south east of Bethlehem. This throws so much into perspective when you read the story of the three wise men that stopped at Herod’s palace before heading to the birth place of Yahushua.

Joshua’s Altar Mount Ebal Palestine/Nablus

Was discovered in 1985 by Adam Zertal, according to some archeologist the bones that was discovered there does go in line with the specific type of animals that would have been sacrificed. The basic structure and its layout also corresponds with scripture, but there are still people disputing this as the real Altar of Joshua? Mount Gerizim is next to it, this is also in biblical Shechem (Nablus), Which is 183,5 km from Jerusalem.

Jabal Al Lawz- The Real mount Sinai Saudi Arabia

This site was discovered in 1985 by Ron Wyatt and his two sons, this was done while trying to find the real biblical travel route from Egypt to the Red Sea crossing point as mount Sinai in the Sinai peninsula did not match scripture. What was found was amazing, because not only did they discover the real crossing site by the Red Sea but they found real Mountain of YaH (Jabal al Lawz) , an altar with a Menorah engraving at the foot of the mountain.

On route to the mountain they also discovered the 70 palm trees and wells. The top of the mountain is scorched from when the Creator descended on it as can bee seen on the picture above. In the same vicinity they also discovered the Split rock of Horeb, this is when Moses struck the rock with his staff and water came gushing out.

Noah’s Ark Turkey Ararat

Was discovered in the early 1980’s by Ron Wyatt after seeing a photo in a article about a strange boat object, the photo was taken by an alleged pilot that was flying over this region. Ron Wyatt is the only one who truly believed it was indeed Noah’s Ark. Over a couple of years Ron had to go back and take samples, and do an X-ray scan of the soil which led to them identifying the the nail pattern, that helped with getting the ship’s dimensions. They also have a fossilized plank that testing was done on and the measurements of the boat is biblically correct.

Joseph’s Egyptian Grain Silos Egypt

Discovered and reported on by a Monk with the name of Bernard who traveled through Egypt on a side tour and was then imprisoned, somewhere 867 AD. Today with the help of archeology a total of seven grain silos with a distribution center has been rediscovered. The Femine Stele also has some history on it that refers to the 7 years of famine during the reign of Pharaoh Djoser which ruled between 332 – 31 BC.

Clay Bulla (Seal) of King Hezekiah Jerusalem

The seal is estimated to be about 2700 years old. Hezekiah is the King who built the pool of Siloam and ordered tunnels to be made under the city to redirect the the flow of the Gihon spring.

Clay Bulla (Seal) of Isaiah

Was discovered in 2015 during the Ophel Excavations. There are many that believe this is the real Isaiah that was a close advisor of Hezekiah but some believe this might have been another person with the same name due to the spelling of the name .

Clay Bullae (Seal) of Adoniyahu royal steward Jerusalem

Discovered in 2013 under Robinson’s Arch. The name Adoniyahu means the Lord is my Master. This seal dates back 2600 years.

Clay Bulla (Seal) King Josiah’s Aid Nathan Melech Jerusalem

Was discovered in March 2019 and is estimated to be 2600 years old . The belongs to an aid to King Josiah.

2 Kings 23:11 – “He removed from the entrance to the temple of the Lord the horses that the kings of Judah had dedicated to the sun. They were in the court near the room of an official named Nathan-Melek. Josiah then burned the chariots dedicated to the sun”.

Clay Bullae (Seal) of Jucal son of Shelemiah Isreal

Was discovered in 1935 Lachish near mount Hebron and dates back to 589 BC.

Corinth Greece Disciple Paul

Discovered in 1858 – Paul goes to Corinth in Acts 18 and Silas and Timothy joins up with him here some time later. He Also writes two letters here.

Ephesus Turkey

Was discovered in the early 1990’s , Ephesus played a vital role in the spread of Christianity. Disciple John might even have written some of the gospels here, Apollos also stayed here for a small amount of time. Ephesus was the capital city of the Roman Province in Asia.

Paphos Cyprus

Barnabas and Saul (Paul) landed up in Cyprus 45-46 AD, here they had a confrontation with Elymas who rejected the gospel. Acts 13-14

Petra (Sela) Jordan South West Asia

It was discovered in 1812 and dates back thousands of years. Petra is carved out in a mountain that is only accessible through narrow mountain passages which made it hard going up against its defenses. Petra was also in the land of the Edomites who were descendants of Esau. The Israelites had a hard time getting passage through here on their way to Canaan. King Saul and King David both fought the Edomites as per Samuel 14:47 and Samuel 8:13-14.
